Research On The Factors Affecting The Profiting Of The Private Capital In The Operation Of The Public Sports Facility In Our Country

Sports facility is the physical foundation for exercising and high-level sports performances.As the stable development of our country's economy,people's living level is increasing quickly as well as the health awareness.Because of the limited the financial resources, our government is quite far to satisfy the citizens by supplying sufficient sports facility,and the private capital is badly needed in this area.And this research discussed the factors affecting the profiting of the private capital from the sports facility industry in order to find reasons for the low contribution of the private capital in this area based on the financial theory.Generally,there are five reasons.First,the privatization of the public sports facility is pressured to be totally accepted in our country because of the traditional social value.Second,the privatization is threatened without the sufficient system support of the government.Thirdly,the whole operation management of the sport facility is severely interrupted by some public sectors because of the system arrangement.Fourthly,the sports facility owner is overtaxed.Finally,the sports market is low developed.Because of these inside reasons,profiting is quite difficult for the private sector.The privatization is necessary in this area.But it needs a sufficient system including the law system,government support and the social acceptance.
