| Shooting is one of the dominant competitive events of China,taking the advantage in Asia and the world.Training level was considered as the much important factor of the mark result but mental nervous most,the sport department of china work out a research plan on mental reaction and control effect on elites shooting athletes during the match period to improve their achievement.Athletes committed the reaction of physical and mental during the match period,the effect of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis ensured the normal emotion of human.Cortisol will reach higher level when nervousness in athletic,which was considered as the "stress hormone", and the mood fluctuations change the figure of EEG also.Object:by collecting the EEG figure,saliva cortisol and restq-76 measuring indicator of 7 Chinese elite air-pistol shooting athletes before the competition in the 10th National Sports Games.Especially the EEG figure in the time of one hour and one day before the competition, was to figure out the correlations of these indices.Main conclusions:1)The average arousal level was lower in one hour than in one day before the competition on elite shooting athletes,Stress parameter wan lower also,but coherence got higher between both brain hemisphere.The feature of EEG reflected optimum nervous and cognition states,the mainly Slow wave is theta activity on static which embody the temperament of elite shooting athletes.2)saliva cortisol was getting higher significantly in one hour before the competitive,therefore was correlated with arousal level and stress parameter of brain,it was believe as the feature of the nervousness before the competition. 3)The correlation test among restq-76 measuring indicator and EEG data shows degree of fatigue and stress parameter,the ability of recovery and arousal level having correlate significant. |
