A Case Study On The Characteristics Of Paralympic Shooting Championship Athletes

This research is an exploratory research,mainly using interview methods,trying to explore the characteristics of the psychological orientation of the disabled shooting athletes and the existing problems and possible influencing factors,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for the future scientific training of disabled shooting athletes.The subjects of this study are selected as four athletes of the national disabled shooting team who have won the Paralympic shooting championship.With the permission of the interviewee,the interview process was recorded and the content of the interview was transcribed into text.In the training assessment of athletes,four athletes were monitored for heart rate variability.After the assessment,three psychological scale tests were performed for shooting athletes’ goal taking vector scale,sports psychological skill scale,and sports achievement motivation scale.The researcher takes the interview content as the core,combined with the heart rate variability indicators in the assessment and the results of the psychological scale,analyzes from multiple aspects in the form of individual cases,summarizes the psychological orientation characteristics of the 4 Paralympic shooting champions,and shoots them with healthy people.Compare the characteristics of athletes’ psychological orientation in the game.The research results show that the tree node of the interview coding results of 4 Paralympic shooting champions mainly includes two parts: attention orientation and mental readiness.Among them,the attention orientation tree node includes: energy,hesitation,and motivation,which generate 126 reference points.Among them,there are 34 reference points for energy generation,19 reference points for hesitation,and 73 reference points for motivation.In the mental readiness tree node,there are 31 reference points generated by the two parts of the equipment and the outside,of which 8 reference points are generated by the equipment and 23 reference points are generated by the outside.The results of the related factors related to the 4Paralympic shooting champions are: 4 shooting achievement motivation scale: the pursuit of success motivation is highly positively correlated with the high and medium autonomy physiological balance in the physiological indicators,while the pursuit of success motivation is related to low self-respect.The physiological balance state is highly negatively correlated;the score of the motivation to avoid failure is highly negatively correlated with the high and medium autonomous physiological balance state,but is positively correlated with the low autonomous physiological balance state.Shooting athletes’ goals take the vector table: the five dimensions of task orientation are positively correlated with evaluation results,the five dimensions of self-orientation are highly negatively correlated with evaluation results,and the three dimensions of self-attitude,self-behavior and self-emotion in self-orientation are related to The higher autonomous physiological balance state is negatively correlated,and these three dimensions are positively correlated with the lower autonomous physiological balance state.In terms of sports psychological skill scale: Anxiety control dimension is highly positively correlated with assessment performance;Anxiety control dimension,self-confidence dimension,and motivation dimension are highly positively correlated with low autonomic physiological balance;time and amount for athletes to complete the Bodhi tree The selfconfidence dimension and motivation dimension in the table are correlated,and the motivation dimension is highly positively correlated with completion time.Research conclusion: In the interview results of the 4 Paralympic shooting champions,the psychological orientation tree node of the game is divided into two parts: attention orientation and mental readiness.The attention orientation part of the game psychological orientation is its own factor,which mainly affects their game psychology.The part of mental readiness in orientation is the external environmental factor.The analysis of related factors confirms the conclusions of qualitative research and analysis from a quantitative perspective.
