Through comparing the effects of drinking vinegar and doing aerobics and the combination of the two on Human Lipid Metabolism and Relative Hormone, this study attempts to explore the mechanism of how vinegar and aerobics affect the Lipid Metabolism and then find out a simple, convenient and healthy way of controlling blood lipid .In the experiment, 40 healthy male students without any medical history were chosen randomly as subjects from PE Department of Hengyang Teachers' College. They were divided into 4 groups, each consisting of 10 students: a control group, a vinegar only group, an aerobics only group and a vinegar plus aerobics group. The vinegar only group, among other things, drink 30ml Hengshun vinegar diluted with 5 times water at dinner every day continuously for 4 weeks. The aerobics only group keep jogging for 45 minutes with a range of heart-beat rate control of 65% to 75% every other day for 4 weeks, Among other things, the vinegar plus aerobics group keep drinking vinegar the same way as the vinegar only group and jogging the same way as the aerobics only group for 4 weeks. The physical parts , blood lipid and hormone related to lipid metabolism (insulin andcortisol) were measured before and after the experiment to observe the effects of drinking vinegar and doing aerobics while drinking vinegar on all the quotas. The study led to the following conclusions:(l)Drinking vinegar and doing aerobics can both improve human physical parts and cause body weight, BMI, body fat content and percentage to reduce remarkably, thus making physical parts better balanced. And the combination of the two yields better results than doing each alone.(2)Drinking vinegar can also improve human blood lipid composition, cause TG, LDL and apoB to reduce and HDL and apoAI to rise remarkably, improve the ratio of HDL/LDL to apoAI/apoB. Although the decrease of TC is not remarkable, there is no harm to health thanks to the rise of HDL and apoAI. Doing aerobics can also improve human blood lipid composition. But combining the two is more effective .(3)Drinking vinegar can regulate the secretion of hormone related to lipid metabolism, causing INS to fall and COR to rise remarkably and thus accelerating fat decomposition and helping losing weight. Doing aerobics can cause INS to fall but has little influence on COR. drinking vinegar and doing aerobics at the same time yields better results.(4) From the results of the experiment, we conclude that the effects of drinking vinegar on the human physical parts and blood lipid composition are mainly due to the diversified nutrients (acetic acid, amino acid, polysaccharide, etc.) in vinegar, which can regulate human endocrine and thus improve physical parts and blood lipid composition. Combining drinking vinegar with doing aerobics can yield better results. This is probably because of the increased consumption of energy through exercise on the one hand and the controlled storage of energy through food therapy on the other.
