Research On China's Trach And Field "Big National Team" Set Up And Manage

In 2002,in preparation for 2004 and 2008 Olympics,track and field sports management center made use of concentration and dispersed phase combination of the formation of a "big team" idea.In 2003 the formation of a new National Team,in the continued implementation of the "sharp attack plan" while at the same time for track and field characteristics and practical needs,introduced the "Climbing Plan",use of the two schemes scattered in parts of elite athletes.This article from the point of view of team management,in the spirit of play to maximize "Nationwide System" advantage,so that a variety of resources are the most optimal allocation and effective use of the principle of combining centralization and decentralization of the national team set up the background,objectives set organizational structure and management were analyzed.Through analysis,concluded that:First,China track and field "big team" in the years 2003-2008 preparing for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the form team centralized and decentralized form of bondage.Second, China's national track and field team's training management and administration(including life management) approach,mainly a combination of centralized and decentralized.Centralized and decentralized some parts have different characteristics and approaches. Third,the focus can play a part "Nationwide System" the advantages of centralized optimize the allocation of resources;the inadequacy of many conflicts is not well resolved,the implementation of the process of execution is not strong.Fourth,the decentralized part of is the flexibility of a larger,more suitable for outstanding athletic performance,provincial and municipal training conditions and management of key projects a higher level of athletes.The inadequacies of the devolution of powers to easily track and field sports management in supervision and management work not in place.Fifth,for track and field, the centralized and decentralized,one way or another are not fully reflect the institutional advantages of the whole country.Track and field is a personal project,the lesser number of differences,and between all levels of the lesser term.Under such circumstances,it can not be used across the board model.Necessary for the new historical period characterized by the project to re-examine the issue of building the national team.
