With the development of the Chinese economy and the progress of science and technology, more and more international track and field events held in China, increasing demand for the referee, referee quality requirements continue to higher. The 2013 Nanjing Asian Youth Games had been held successfully, our large number of outstanding athletics referees participated in judging the work of Asia n Youth Council. after the baptism of the contest, the referee in all aspects have been improved。They completed a remarkable task in judging the return of the time, brought about various aspects of the referee training and management experience for us.Therefore, I take advantage of good race experience, make good use of the resources of the game, lea rn from the experience of the World Series. Sports teachers and professionals in the main body of the Committee system, and further increase athletics referee, especially young world-class, state- level efforts to train referees.
