The Research Of Current Situation And Development Countermeasures About Provincial Traditional Project Schools Of Sports In Henan Province

Traditional Project School of Sports is one of the important basic organizantional forms of school' s amateur training in recent years.it not only popularize of Traditional Sports campaign in schools,raise physical fitness of students and develop the students to lifelong sports consciousness,and it can also make the athletes accept the good education in schools to make up the defection of separating between the education and sports under the readitional reserve personnel system through using the education resource advantage of schools,Therefore,the reserch on investigating the traditional project school of sports is of great importance.The paper is based on 253 Henan provincial traditional projects school of sports to study,mainly adopts the survey method and expert interviews,aimed at the relevant countermeasures to carry on the expert interviews.This paper mainly focus the traditional projects school of sports in Henan Province on five aspects:the general developments,the management conditions,the amateur training conditions,the competition conditions and the personnal transport condition,and on the basis of analyzed these problems,the countermeasures are posed correspondly.The main findings are as follows:1,general developments:253 provincial traditional project school of sports distributed in 18 provincial cities,99 secondary schools,154 primary schools,of them,there are 8 schools achieved national stadard, 8 Olympic projects are carried out,4 civilian sports.2,management condition:The provincial management system is more perfect, the evaluation,and the encouragement mechanism need further perfectly; The school level chief leader takes the degree not to be high;the sports team management institutions is not sound.3,amateur training condition:students in extra-curricular sports activities is good,the participation rate was high;The school extra-curricular training constructs the team motive multiplication tendency to be obvious;the title of coaches,the proportion of relatively reasonable Jiaoling,raise academic levels than ever before;full-time tendency to be obvious;the title of coaches,the proportion of relatively reasonable Jiaoling,raise academic levels than ever before;full-time the sports training and cultural study,and followed is the low rate of the support from the community and parents,and short time for training. Although the codition of the Amateur Training School site is good,but it is lack of funds,and the origin is also unitary.4,competition condition:in the past three years,there are 18.5%of the schools participating in the national competition 1-2 times,and there are 81.9%of the schools participating in the provincial competition,1-2times,and the 48.4%schools take part in the the municipal competition more than 5 times.5,personnel transport condition:2002-2005 the traditional project school of sport have an average of 3.6 students for institutions trandportation;and transport 1.2 students for other institutions of higher learning delivery(including special enrollment);Saves the physical culture work crew 0.7 student;Saves the physical culture school 1.1 students.6,Countermeasures:it is need to unified thinking,enhance understanding, further improve the multi-funded security system;the incentive mechanism,seizes firmly the school sports outstanding talent to raiseand; in resolving conflicts,and promote the integration of training and teaching;adjusting the layout of the project,improving the training network to address personnel carrier bottleneck problems;strengthening the building of archives,and the establishment of follow-up mechanisms.
