The traditional sports school in my country originated in the 1960 s.As one of the primary training forms of after-school sports training in our country’s school sports,the traditional sports school talents.Under the background of continuously deepening the integration of sports and education,Hunan Province has made considerable progress in the development of sports traditional sports schools in recent years,and various competition results are among the best in the country,and Zhuzhou has developed as a Hunan sports traditional sports school One of the best areas.It has achieved very good results in traditional sports events in recent years,and has successful experience worth learning.Investigate and study the current situation of after-school training in Zhuzhou sports traditional sports schools to understand its successful experience and The existing problems have important practical significance.This thesis uses literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method,logic method and other research methods to conduct research on the implementation status of the after-school training of the provincial sports traditional project school in Zhuzhou,the basic development of the provincial sports traditional sports schools in Zhuzhou.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Zhuzhou currently has 9 provincial-level sports traditional project schools.The number of provincial sports traditional project schools ranks among the top in Hunan cities and states,but the development of urban and rural schools is uneven.The programs include track and field,football,basketball,martial arts,and table tennis.In the school stage,traditional sports schools are mainly used in high and middle schools.However,there are few traditional sports schools in elementary and middle schools,which restricts the transportation of sports talents and affects.Zhuzhou has established a complete "primary school,junior high school,and high school" one-stop mode of talent transportation with close connections.2.The organizational form of the after-school training of the provincial sports traditional project in Zhuzhou is mainly the school sports team,followed by grassroots training points,sports special class,sports clubs,etc.The formulation and implementation of training plans in various schools are in good condition,and the training content and training time are relatively reasonable.Most of the schools have relatively good results in competitions,and the penetration rate of traditional projects is high.A few schools have a lack of venues and equipment.3.The age structure and title structure of the coaches of the provincial sports traditional project in Zhuzhou are relatively reasonable,but the gender ratio of coaches is not balanced.Most of the coaches of sports teams are physical education teachers of the school,and most of them have a bachelor degree and are more reasonable.Coaching experience,more than half of the coaches have a level two or higher sports skill level,but only a few coaches have professional sports team experience,coaches are in good learning and training,coaches are basically satisfied with the current salary,but generally believe that training Less subsidies.4.The students participating in the training mainly come from the selection of coaches and the sports specialties recruited by the school.The male to female ratio is not even.Most of the students do not have a sports skill level.The main reason for choosing to participate in the training is the need for further education and hobbies.Participating students have a good training attitude and a positive attitude towards learning cultural knowledge.They are basically able to take both learning and training into consideration.Most of their grades are at the middle and lower levels of the class.5.The successful experience of the after-school training of the provincial sports traditional project in Zhuzhou: attach importance to the overall development of student athletes and the construction of the ideological style of the sports team,actively introduce high-level coaches,attach importance to the
