Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategies Of The Traditional Sports School On Provincial Level In Shanghai

Purpose:With the development of reform and innovation of sportsmen training system, the traditional sports project school not only holds the task of keeping fit, but also becomes an important basement of training personnels. The development of the traditional sports school is the important part of sports work in school. It's an administrative work in order to promote the comprehensive development of the students and improve the level of competitive sports. The development of the traditional sports school has great significance and effect in enhancing school sport; to advance quality education; to cultivate the outstanding sports qualified personnel; and to advance the harmonious coordination and development of education and sports. There are 144 traditional sports project middle schools in Shanghai nowadays functioning as the main basement of training the reserve qualified personnel in elite sports area. In this paper, the study tries to investigate the traditional sport schools in Shanghai, to find out problems based on current situations and to provide referrence materials for related department to enhence management of those schools. Thus hopefully, this study would make a little contribution in improving the competitive sports and training quality of reserve personnels in Shanghai.Methods:The article uses the method of documentary research, investigation research,interview research and mathematical analysis, to study the current situation of the 15 traditional sports project middle school of Yangpu,Xuhui and Zhabei Districts in Shanghai to find the practical problems, and work out suitable and relevant measures for traditional sport project schools in Shanghai to reform and develop.Results:The result of the research suggests that: at present,in Shanghai,the main problems existing in traditional sports schools are listed as follows: inadequate administrative management, imperfect establishment of the system; unreasonable project distribution and level, less prominent connectivity; poor training in systematic and scientific level, the short of high-level events; inexperienced coaches, the lack of research common sense; lower skill levels of student athletes and sports, poor access to train athletes. Based on the investigation, according to the practical problems existing in the developing and reforming progress of the traditional sports project schools in Shanghai, the paper puts forward suggests as follows:â… Establish a clear guiding ideology and a idea of cultivating the people in various area.â…¡Intensify the arrangement of the items to make the link between the different level of training more reasonable.â…¢Establish and improve the administrative system of the coach and improve the level of amateur trainingâ…£Reform and perfect the administrative system of the sports in traditional sports project schools and establish a new stage for sports.â…¤Perfect the guaranteed system and improve the training situation positively.â…¥Strengthen the administrative consciousness and improve the evaluating system gradually.
