The new mode of education has taken shape basically after nearly ten years of higher education development. The education system is gradually improving to adapt to the market economy, the market has obvious economic characteristics of the graduates of the talent market also has been established. However, due to various reasons, on the one hand, the market is short of college graduates, on the one hand, the graduates are hard to find a job. How to resolve this conflict is concerned by the society. Based on the Heilongjiang provincial college graduates, this paper analysis the employment problem, and makes a further discussion for the causes of this issue. Finally, it proposes some positive responses to these issues.The article is composed of four parts such as :"Introduction", "the current employment status and problems of Heilongjiang provincial College", " the response to Heilongjiang provincial college graduates employment" and "the employment case of Jia Musi University". The framework of this paper is to introduce the basic situation, to arise question to solve the problem , to analysis the case. The entire article is carried on how to solve the employment work problem of Heilongjiang provincial college graduates.In the process of writing this paper, the author used many methods like the practice of investigation, and theoretical analysis, the comparative and other methods to research the causes and problems of Heilongjiang Provincial college graduates. It expounded the current employment status quo of Hei Longjiang Provincial Colleges, summed up the problems, put forward the causes. In the process of solving problems, the author combined his learning in ideological and political education, political science, education management, human resources management and other academic knowledge. The writer proposed multi countermeasures to the root cause and symptoms related to employment policy, the innovation of graduate employment pattern, and economic development, revitalization of the old industrial bases to the graduates to create more jobs, and play the ideological and political education role as the main channel, the graduates employment guidance services and professional education.The innovation lies in the analysis the causes of Heilongjiang provincial college graduates employment, meanwhile, it compared the stability of the reasons and summarized their conversion law. The writer put forward the ideological and political instructor should adjust new direction. We must establish an education-oriented, service-oriented, instructor and experts combined team. The countermeasures should be deepened to guide service, to construct a simulation of job-seekers (exercise) sand table, and to propose employment guidance to the theoretical courses practiceThis paper will add new theory and practice arguments for Chinese Marxism, which will enrich the content and method for ideological and political education, sociology and social management theory, the theory of the policy will be more voluptuous. It will increase new theory and content for education and management, enrich and improve our mode of employment and employment guidance theory. It will have great significance in promoting local economic development, of far-reaching significance in the building of a harmonious socialist society ,to strengthen the management of higher education has strong guiding significance rich ideological contents of education, the implementation of the national employment policy has strong practical significance.
