Research On Graduates' Employment Problems And Cauntermeasurese Of Colleges And Universities In Heilongjiang Province

The new mode of education has taken shape basically after nearly ten years of higher education development. The education system is gradually improving to adapt to the market economy, the market has obvious economic characteristics of the graduates of the talent market also has been established. However, due to various reasons, on the one hand, the market is short of college graduates, on the one hand, the graduates are hard to find a job. How to resolve this conflict is concerned by the society.
