With the Comprehensively implementing of the curriculum reforms, new prospects of the elementary education are being made in our country. However,the reforms proceeded at a glacial pace as a result of lots facots. It is that the ingrained notions of exam-oriented education,and the teachers haven't understanding the new teaching methods sufficiently, have some doubts about giving up the exam-oriented education,so they feeling of diffidence about education reform.As a result,the teaching methods will be inconsistent with the cognition rule of students,and there will led to them study passively,feel tires of study,and lost their motivation.Generally speaking,the educational reforms have not make substantive and the fundamental progress in our country at present. Therefore,studying for the reform of the new curriculum,making the concept of the new curriculum implemented,changing the teaching methods of the exam-oriented education,and promote the students self-learning,are still the majority the heavy and urgent task for the teachers and managers of elementary education.This research bases on the constructivism learning theory,building a basic teaching model for the teaching of "meaning constructing" in secondary chemistry teaching,and analyzed the various effects of the meaning constructing teaching to students learning and development,and purposes to provide some theoretical background and advanced teaching methods for the reform of chemistry education in secondary schools,and provide some experience for realize the overall objective of teaching reform goal.The content of this research is constructing a basic teaching model for the teaching of "meaning constructing" in secondary chemistry teaching,and analyzed the affect of the teaching of meaning constructing to students learning and development.The two classes in one level 16 classes of 24 classes in Grade 1 were chosen as research object in this research.The practice study continued for a semester.The main methods used in the research are documentation method,questionnaire survey which designed a questionnaire for investigate the experimental classes and control classes,and experimental research what made the teaching experiment in experimental classes while the traditional teaching implemented in the control class etc.The research results of the teaching practice for chemistry course shows that the teaching of meaning constructing could enhancing students' learning ability,to improve chemical students' grades,and this advantage will becoming increasingly cleared as time goes on.
