Junior high school chemistry exercises is an important form which can organize students to study,can cultivate students’ scientific literacy to analyze and solve problems,but the existing junior high school chemistry exercises is relatively weak,cannot satisfy the requirement of new reformation.For the research and design of the junior high school chemistry exercises is still an important issue which teachers need to focus on during the teaching proceed.This paper mainly through the study of student’s learning effect that junior middle school chemistry exercises design how to influence on,may be helpful for the future junior high school chemistry exercises.It also hopes to have some reference value in improving the quality of examination chemistry teaching.This paper uses literature research to help understanding the chemistry exercises design research status at home and abroad,according to the result of the survey analysis to understand the chemistry,junior high school chemistry exercises,related concepts of chemistry exercises design method,get a conclusion about the theoretical basis of chemistry exercises design:cognitive migration theory,constructivism theory,developmental evaluation theory,and summarizes the basic principles of chemistry exercises design:the principle of theory with practice,knowledge transfer and divergent thinking principle,reasonable logic reasoning principle,and the principle of comprehensive analysis.According to the theory of three and five principles to design exercises:chemistry theory problem sets,experiment problem sets,recitation problem sets and lesson practice on problem sets.in the case analysis,by using questionnaire investigation and case analysis teaching practice,it is divided into two groups:experimental group and control group,through the respectively statistical analysis the two groups in students’ learning enthusiasm and learning of junior middle school chemistry.According to the result of the initiative and performance statistics analysis reflect that the design can affect learning effect.Research results show that the practical exercises can help students well in understanding knowledge at chemistry class taught by teachers,also can let the students to master more knowledge in the classroom,which can improve the students’ learning motivation and learning grades,learning effect is better than before.Finally,the author put forward the problem sets written opinions:problem sets design difficulty need to be moderated,problem sets need to new design methods and using advices;learn to use various resources and methods for problem sets design,do well in the early period of the exercises design work,deal with problems in the relationship between the dominance of the teachers and students subjectivity in the exercises design procedure,summarize the results and evaluate students’ exercises.
