Teacher's professional development is a trend in teachers' education reform in the world, it's also the needs and direction of our country teachers' education reform. The arising of kindergarten- based curriculum requires Preschool teachers have high professional level, and preschool teachers' professional should be developed faster than before. So, discussing the teachers' professional development under the kindergarten-based curriculum background has extremely theoretical and practical significance.The article unfold problems around teacher's professional development under the background of kindergarten-based curriculum, and there are four parts except the ending:Part 1 discusses the relationship between kindergarten- based curriculum and preschool teachers' professional development; the significance and value of kindergarten-based curriculum for preschool teacher's professional development. There are several core concepts have fixed, kindergarten-based curriculum, kindergarten-based curriculum development, teachers' specialization, preschool teachers' professional development.Part 2 analyses the problems and causes of preschool teachers' professional development in our country, and we think the concrete problems in preschool teachers' professional development are: the curriculum consciousness and view are light; the curriculum theoretical level is low; the cooperation spirit is lack; the enthusiasm is not high and lack of dynamics. The causes which influence preschool teachers' professional development includes the low understanding of society to professional characteristics and quality of preschool teachers' occupation; The demand of work qualifications and skills of preschool teachers' occupation is not high; Professional training level of normal education for preschool children is not high; Preschool teachers' professional subjectivity is not strong; The teacher's culture aspect is not high; The preschool teachers' social status and wage level is low; The job stress is strong and the management of kindergarten is bad and so on.Part 3 through a case study on preschool teachers' professional development of Wuhan changqing sunny kindergarten, it emphases some actions which improve preschool teachers' professional development in kindergarten-based curriculum development in Wuhan changqing sunny kindergarten, it examine-carefully improve preschool teachers' professional development in kindergarten-based curriculum development in Wuhan changqing sunny kindergarten.Part 4 discusses several countermeasures is to help preschool teachers' growing in our country under the kindergarten-based curriculum background from the macroscopical viewpoint: the first, updating the view on education and enhancing the understanding of preschool teachers' professional development deeply. The second, putting the adjustment of major and the reform of curriculum into practice to improve the whole quality of preschool teacher in the future. The third, perfecting the training system after profession, ensuring the effect of after profession's training.
