It is one of the most fundamental tasks for preschool education to improve the level of kindergarten curriculum construction and implementation and improve the quality of education.Program Game-based Curriculum project implemented in Jiangsu Province since 2014,It is the response to the key development of preschool education in rural areas proposed by the National Outline for the Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),and it is also the implementation of the "Guide to the Game-based of kindergarten courses,and the importance attached to the construction and quality improvement of kindergartens" put forward by the "Guide to the Learning and Development of Children aged 3 to 6".The goal of the project is to guide kindergartens to establish a correct view of children,games and curriculum,and promote the healthy and happy growth of children.The entry point is the improvement of the professional competence of preschool teachers.Therefore,the key to the Game-based of the curriculum lies in the teachers,and the key is the professional development of preschool teachers.This study is based on the implementation of the Game-based Curriculum project,the rural preschool teachers in Y city were investigated,in order to research the rural preschool teachers' professional development in this background in Y city,analyzes the problems and deficiencies,and proposes relevant measures and suggestions.The paper is divided into five chapters,The first part describes what is the Game-based Curriculum project,how to smoothly develop the Game-based Curriculum,and the relationship between the development of the Game-based Curriculum and the professional development of preschool teachers.The second part discusses the research process of this article,including the preparation of the questionnaire,the reliability and validity analysis,and the final data processing.The third part is to describe the results of data processing in detail,and analyze the basic information,overall development status,and implementation of rural kindergarten teachers surveyed in the Y city from the perspectives of teacher composition,professional philosophy,professional ethics,professional knowledge,and professional skills.The development status of the preschool teachers of the Game-based Curriculum project and the preschool teachers who have not implemented the Game-based Curriculum project of the curriculum,and the comparative analysis between the two,summarizes the factors affecting the professional development of the preschool teacher by the development of the Game-based Curriculum project.The fourth part summarizes the current situation and reasons of rural teachers,regional development level and professional development pressure in the development process.The last part describes the development proposals from all levels of government and related education departments,kindergartens and teachers themselves in the hope that it will promote the smooth development of the Game-based Curriculum project,increase the professional development level of preschool teachers,and promote the overall healthy development of children.
