The professional development and promotion of teachers have remained a key problem to which an attention has been paid in teachers'education in recent years. The research about elementary and middle schools teachers'career development is more adequate than that about preschool teachers'professional development in our country.The literature analysis result showed that, the factor affecting the teacher career development is various, and the school environment is an important attribute. But at present few domestic research is related to kindergarten environmental effecting preschool teachers'career development is really few. This article attempts to make up the insufficiency, mainly analyzing the influence of kindergarten environmental factors on preschool teachers'career development, which has discussed the kindergarten organization atmosphere, the kindergarten rules and regulations, the teacher culture, the leadership style and the kindergarten support program. We want to know how these factors affect and which kind of factor influences most.Three conclusions have been drawn according to the literature research and the questionnaire survey. Firstly, the kindergarten environment has the remarkable influences on preschool teachers'professional development. Secondly, organization atmosphere influences teachers'career development most, next is the kindergarten rules and regulations, and the influence of teachers culture is the least. However, the influence of leadership style and kindergarten support program on teachers' career development is not direct. Thirdly, there are Complex mutual influence relations among the various factors of kindergarten environment. According to the above we can infer that the leadership style and the kindergarten support program might affect teacher's career development indirectly, through the function to the kindergarten organization atmosphere, the rules and regulations and the teacher culture. This research firmly believes that the kindergarten environment can affect preschool teachers' career development. It is benefit, therefore, for impelling preschool teachers'professional development to strengthen the kindergarten environment construction and optimizes kindergarten teachers'specialized living environment.
