In secondary vocational schools, the work on students is often concerned about the cultural knowledge transferring and the operational skills training, so the teaching and training of the students' sense of social responsibility are often overlooked. This education deviation, as a result, leads to the low sense of the students' social responsibility. Therefore, to pay attention to and to strengthen the students' sense of social responsibility are the very important parts of the moral education in secondary vocational schools, which can be helpful to improve the effectiveness of the moral education.This article, from the contemporary students' historical mission given by building a harmonious society, is fully aware of the practical significance in strengthening the sense of social responsibility in secondary vocational school students. And this article, using the method of investigation, investigates the present situation of the students'sense of social responsibility, and analyzes the main factors which constrain the students' sense of social responsibility, which will provide the materials on how to effectively strengthen the teaching and training of the sense of social responsibility in secondary vocational schools.To strengthen the sense of social responsibility in secondary vocational school students, the main body principle should be insisted so that the educator and the educated could play their own roles; the practical principle should be insisted so as to enable the students to enhance the sense of social responsibility and accumulate their social experience through the ethical practice; the principle of advancing gradually in due order should be insisted, so that we could teach and train the students' sense of social responsibility according to their characteristics of physical and mental development and knowledge systems; and the principle of success education should also be insisted so that the students could experience the sense of success in sharing the social responsibility in the education process.And at the same time, the ways of cultivating the sense of social responsibility in secondary vocational school students should be expanded. Cultivate the students' sense of social responsibility through the classroom teaching, the home life, the social practice, so that the cultivation could be infiltrated into every aspects of education. And also the methods should be improved. Through the values guiding law, the impartial group law, the nurturing environment law, the exemplary law, the role bares law, the activity law, the responsibility investigation law, the resources integration law and the self-education law, the students' sense of the social responsibility could be strengthened, and in the mean while, the students' ability to adapt social and community services, and the ability to contribute to the society could be improved.
