Research To Improve The Social Responsibility Of College Students In Heilongjiang Province

As the front-line labors undertaking production,construction,management and service,sense of social responsibility of the students from higher vocational schools has influence on both their future promotion and harmony and stabilization in the society.Colleges and universities increasing enrollment and higher education being popular excessively,sense of social responsibility of the students from higher vocational schools has decreased,even become vacant obviously,as well as the opposite effects attributed to many factors for social transformation,which is worth serious consideration.By the 13 th Five-year Plan,our country has deepened educational reform,in which sense of social responsibility,creativity,and practical ability should be raised as the key tasks to be carried out in our education.Development of sense of social responsibility on the students from higher vocational schools becomes the dominant aim in order to strengthen ideological and political education,while it is a must to promote students,adjust to new times and fulfill the requirement of the society who needs high-quality talents.Therefore,it is the problem that higher vocational schools must emphasize and solve.This paper invests and studies the present situation and factors of the social responsibility about the students in higher vocational college in Heilongjiang province by the method of questionnaire and interview.On the basis of investigation and research,it puts forward the problems of students' belief,responsibility consciousness,value orientation and professionalism in Heilongjiang vocational colleges.This paper puts forward specific strategies to improve the social responsibility of students in Heilongjiang province through analyzing the reason of Geo-economic and cultural development,school education management,family education,students' own characteristics and the influence of network's social culture.
