The development of the high school students' talking ability occupy a very important position in the Chinese teaching. But because of history of accumulate and reality of reason, the current Chinese teaching neglect the training of the students' talking ability seriously. And in the long-term of the theories reseach, about the training of the talking ability also lack system of practice operation of method.The thesis analyses the restraint factors and study how to develop the students'talking ability through the system of training. The write thinks there are mental state and personality factor,teachers' factor and environment factor to influence the development of the students' talking ability. Aiming at these restraint factors, the writer put forward breaking to train to develop the students' talking ability. At first,Aiming at the mental state factor,the writer put forward some simple training methods,Such as reading aloud ,Class discussion,lecture,5 minutes' talk training before the class. Secondly to the personality factor, listed to play lesson original plays,arguement etc. Thirdly for the teachers' actor, grasp teaching material to train and make use of specialized of the vernacular speech social intercourse to train. Lastly for the environment factor, mainly put forward to establish various to carry on talk training.
