In the great social transformation period of modern China,the reform of school system has become the fundamental problems and impetus in the reform and development of modern school education.However,the reform of the school system is inefficient,in fact,it has lagged behind.This situation becomes the main obstacle and restriction in our country's school reform,and becomes the bottleneck of the school education's further development.It is urgent to find the basis of the school system's establishment practically and theoretically.This thesis takes the Second School of Bengbu as an example to probe the theory of the school system's establishment under the situation of the school-based context and the middle school's education practice.First,this thesis probes the basic connotation of the modern school system under the school-based context.Then,it illustrates the theoretical basis and the practical demanding of the establishment of the modern school system.On the following,it takes the Second School of Bengbu as a case to examine the status quo and the existing problems in the establishment of the school system of the Second School of Bengbu, and analyzes its reason.This thesis' examination takes into consideration of the macroscopical social transformation and system rupture and microcosmic middle school reform and system duplication.At last,on the foundation of the school-based theory and the modern school system theory and with the practice in the Second School of Bengbu,this thesis puts forward measures and advice of our country's establishment of modern school system.The school's internal administrative system, democratic administrative system and the social administrative system become the foundation of the modern school system's establishment.Especially,the establishment of the unity involving the school,the community and the parents,which has been practicing in the Second School of Bengbu,practically includes every aspect of the school system's establishment.The dual administrative pattern of "parents' school" and "experience community",made up in this thesis,plays an important role in the process of the school system's establishment in the Second School of Bengbu,at the same time,presents a model for our country's establishment of the school education system.
