Research On Interest-Oriented Mechanism Of Family Planning In China

Since 1970s on which Family Planning was promoted comprehensively, China has made remarkable effects in this field, achieved the low and stable birthrate and greatly promoted economic development and social progress as well. However, the social consequences bringing by China's long-term Family Planning become increasingly conspicuous. Family Planning Interest-Oriented Mechanism, as the achievement of great originality, shoulders the great task which paybacks family, changes the people's ideas in the family and coordinates the population issue. During the process of Interest-Oriented Mechanism being applied into Family Planning field, researches are more developed with increasing work methods. Now, the mechanism represents greater activities. However, Interest-Oriented Mechanism is on the way of being improved, like the way which people aspire after the truth. How to promote the comprehension of Interest-Oriented Mechanism is our great responsibility. It is very, very significant for us to go on the way persistently.The thesis takes Chinese characteristics and family planning with practical significance as the research content. The whole paper starts as the following structure:In Preface, I briefly explain the review of related literature, conduct research method used in the article, and describe the structure and give the thought of my own.Partâ… is introduction. Based on existing typical meaning of Interest-Oriented Mechanism in academic circle, I conduct the understanding of Interest-Oriented Mechanism in my opinion and then introduce the process of formation and development as well as significance of it.Partâ…¡is analysis of problems existence under Interest-Oriented Mechanism of Family Planning in China. Detailed analysis is described in this part.Partâ…¢is reason analysis which explains why the above problems were caused.In Partâ…£, I try to conduct the policy improvement countermeasures that aim to the problems by offering some suggestions from my perspective.In this thesis, I take Literature Review, theoretical analysis combined with empirical analysis along with historical analysis, combined with comparative analysis as the main research method. In this way, research content covers many aspects, including meaning, significance and function mechanism of Interest-Oriented Mechanism, historical trend description of the mechanism as well as advanced practices both at home and abroad. Based on the comparisons and analysis mentioned above, I capture the significance for reference, in turn, try to propose some suggestions in my opinion.Interest-Oriented mechanism of China's family planning has progressed for several decades, large numbers of family planning workers and scholars in this field have offered fruitful achievements. Following the trend that growing emergence of Interested-Oriented mechanism models along with increasing wide scope of theoretical achievements, it is really different to put forward sharp insight and unique perspective in this field, therefore, integrating into a number of empirical materials, I take the combination of public policy and demography as the point of view in order to analyze the issues, causes and countermeasures of Interest-Oriented Mechanism of Family Planning in China. This is also the most important characteristic in this thesis.
