Investigation And Research On Community P.E Instructors In Zhengzhou City

As the organizer of the community,P.E.instructors form an important force in developing the national mass sports,improving people's physical health and life quality.Especially with the implementation of the National people's Sports Project,and china successfully holding the 29^th Olympic Games,how to make better use of the role,community P.E.instructors play in national sports project and harmonious society,has been a major topic in social sports research.The paper draws a conclusion to the role community P.E instructor play in the development of the ZhenZhou mass sports activities through the research on ZhenZhou community P.E instructor;Furthermore,the paper exposes some problems existing in the construction of the community P.E instructor team and puts forward proposals to solve them.The paper makes a deep research on ZhenZhou community P.E instructor team by the documentary,interview,questionaireand statistical method.The results show that:(1) The percentage P.E instructorAt different levels accounts for in urban areas is small and proportion of the inferior level with the superior level is unbalanced;(2) As regard educational level,most of the P.E instructor are below the Junior or senior middle school level,only some received higher educational and professional P.E educational;(3)The instruction year focuses on tow periods:less than five years,between five and ten years;(4)The instruction is usually in the morning and evening;(5)The service style is mainly unpaid service;(6)the whole community P.E instructor team are devoted to their work;(7)The instruction items are dancing,martial arts and ball games;(8)The instructors mainly consist of full-time P.E workers and some retired workers;(9)In order to improve the ability of the community,most of them are willing to take the professional training course.As regards training content instructor of high level tend to learn scientific research about P.E and management skills,while instructor of low level tend to get the basic knowledge and take general training about an exact item,(10)Some P.E majors who have the certificates are not willing to take this job while those who are active in P.E cause don't have the qualification.Results show the main factors limiting the work of the ZhenZhou community P.E instructors are;(1)the poor sports facilities;(2)the lack of funds;(3)the mass participation consciousness;(4)the improvement of the community P.E instructors themselves;(5)the shortage of encouragement system;(6)the poor management of P.E activities;(7)the inefficient advertising.The solutions are:(1)The leaders at different levels should pay more attention to the mass sports cause;(2) Enlarge the advertising force to encourage the national sports activities;(3)Regulate the variety of regulation concerned;(4)Increase and popularize sports activities;(5)Make the use of the advantages of the high school education;(6)Organize the P.E instructor community in ZhenZhou city.
