One of the most fundamental ablities in human activity is equilibrium which related to nearly all the movement.Balance beam is charactered as the acting of stability.Attention is closely related to success or failure in contest of balance beam. Attention which play a role in regulating and monitoring the information entering brain and the information processing is a state of recognizant adjustment that mental activity responded toward to stimulation.Thus,attention is the adjustor of performance in human acticies.In contest of balance beam,athletes master skill adroitly and choreograph all the motion elaborately,in addition maintain in a high level of attention,the most significant part in the contest.In the past,most of researchs focus on a single dimensionality and rare researchs study concretely on certain testee of attention in holistic approach.This experiment which divided into three phases study the impact which attention training bring to results of juvenile athlete in balance beam.This research includes three steps:1)The attention test has been filtrated by 225 young children,2)The evaluation indexes have been confirmed by 260 young children,3)Test the relationship between the results of juvenile athlete of balance beam and attention training.The assumption had been proved by the result of this research,the conclusion of discussion as follow:1.The selective indexes effectively test the attention indexes.2.Juvenile athlete's achievement of balance beam had been enhanced evidently attention training.
