A Research And Countermeasure On The Present Echelon Construction Of The Women's Soccer In HuBei Province

The methods of documents and materials ,questionnaire investigationg,expert's interview,mathematical statistic,logic analysis were used,the development of the women's football in HuBei province and echelon building of reasons about the development of the women's football in every city HuBei province were analyzed ,the countermeasures to develop the teenage women's football were probed into,all the these offer suggestion for women's football echelon's construction in HuBei Province.The survey about the women's football echelon's construction in HuBei Province include the current situation about women's football in HuBei Province,echelon's constructiong at all levels,echelon's management system,echelon's coaches and pplayers,sources of the funds, facilities and subsidiary conditions,the studying,training and match exchanging about the players, society and families's supports and so on.In addition,the motives to participate in training and futures of women's football players were investigated.The survey shows that the popularization of women's football in HuBei Province football is only limited to some districts and cities,echelon's construction nearly stays cool,only HuangShi is carrying on training and compeitition of women's football.The imperfect echelon's construction and management system,backward facilities ,uninsured training funds,weak coach's team indeterminate players'futures,incomplete society and families'concern and supports restrain the construction and development of women's football echelon's construction in HuBei Province.The result shows:the women's football isn't welcome ,only some cities.Standardizing the management system at all levels,Carrying on ctictly the promotion and demotion system,strengthening the exchanges among the teams,improving the team players'match abilities,Increasing the input fund,Improving the facilities'coontitions,Popilarizing women's football in all-roud way ,Developing women's in country middle and primary shool ,Improving society and families attentions on women's football.
