Implications On University Women's Football Development From Current Situation And Development Of Women's Football In Tinajing Chengjian University

The Chinese women' s football has been in the lowest point for a long time after flourished in 90s;we need to start a new undertaking.Through unremitting efforts,the Chinese wocnen' s football team successfully nominated 2018 Rio Olympic Games,Chinese people excited,but we must keep clear that the Chinese women' s football is not in first class in the world,the management and competition system is not goes well,reserve talents lack seriously restricts the Chinese women' s football development.Among them,the lack of talent is the biggest problem,and in the women' s football reserve personnel training system,college which link the amateur football and football play an important role.Therefore,it is important to st.udy the college women' s football&football team to improve the training system of women' s reserve forces,to join the amateur and professional football,to promote the development of women' s football.In this paper,based on the Tianjin area,through the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to analysis the situation and formation of Tianjin college women' s football team.The results showed that:1.There is only one college women' s football team in Tianjin,which is very few contrast with other district.2.Tianjin urban construction college women' s team has some professional players,the competitive level is high,the age structure and the training time is reasonable well enough,the athletes training investment is high,but the cultural study is difficult.3.Tianjin urban construction coll ege women' s football team coaches held high level coaches certificate,strong sense of responsibility,a high degree of investment,but lack of continuity in scientific research;training of hardware and funds meet the need of the team;players can not ensure the attendance and training time,which influence the training effect;the overall atmosphere of training is good.4.The formation of the women' s football team in Tianjin area is feasible.Internal aspects:students generally love football,high participation,has a good mass base;coaches education and scientific research ability is higher,and is willing to support the establishment of women' s football team;it can meet the basic needs of football team in training venues,facilities and other hardware;the external environment:the policy of national and Tianjin city support the development of women' s football in colleges;women' s reserve force showed a rapid development trend.Suggestion:1.In the support of relevant policy,encourage other Tianjin colleges set up ordinary women's football team,promoting the development of women's youth movement with Tianjin urban construction college women' s football team together,,broaden the learning and employment way for the majority of young women soccer athletes.2.The establishment of "primary school-junior middle school-senior middle school-college" four league system in Tianjin,improve women' s reserve force training system for the university to transport high level athletes,while creating a good atmosphere for the women' s sport.3.Through the system to ensure that the Tianjin urban construction university women' s football team' s training time,enrich the scientific research personnel,strengthen the combination of football practice and theory.4.Pay more attention to the comprehensive development of Tianjin urban construction college women' s football team players,integrated use three kinds of power system,which is material and spiritual and information,to manage the athletes' training,learning and life,especially tostrengthen the guidance and follow-up study to the athletes personality,make them become talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence and physique.
