Research On The Construction And Development Of The Women's Football Echelon In Shaanxi Province

Systematic youth training system and perfect echelon construction are the key to promote the development of youth football and improve the level of football in China.Shaanxi Women's Football Team has a long history and is an old brand of national women's football team.It was once in the forefront of the development of Chinese women's football team and trained many excellent women's football players for the country.However,in recent years,the development of Shaanxi women's football is facing a severe situation,and the competitive level of Shaanxi women's football once showed a retrogressive trend.Shaanxi women's football echelon construction is not perfect,the youth training system is not systematic is an important reason.This paper studies the problems existing in the construction of women's football echelon in Shaanxi Province,and effectively formulates and implements corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of women's football echelon in Shaanxi Province and improve the level of women's football in Shaanxi Province.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and field investigation,this paper investigates and analyses the relevant personnel,management mechanism,selection,training,training and competition of U-series Youth Women's Football Team in Shaanxi Province.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Shaanxi Women's Football Team has initially formed a diversified development trend.But at present,the establishment of U-series team is not perfect.Shaanxi Women's Football Competent Department lacks perfect internal management mechanism and supervision mechanism,and the long-term development plan of teams at all levels is not clear.(2)Provincial women's football team actively cooperates with schools and social institutions.Selection of excellent players through a variety of ways.In some areas of Shaanxi Province,the mass foundation is weak,and the training of local players is inadequate;the training mode of athletes is relatively traditional,and the degree of integration of sports and education is relatively low;the contradiction between learning and training of athletes still exists.(3)Shaanxi Women's Football Team's echelon coaches and support team are not perfect and lack of corresponding professionals;some of the echelon coaches have the problems of less training times,improper updating of football concepts and insufficient scientific research ability.(4)Shaanxi women's football team training at all levels has been normalized.However,the training concept is backward and the training objectives and tasks are not clear.The training of each echelon lacks long-term systematic planning,innovative and interesting training means,individualized training and distinct training system and technical style.(5)At present,the competition system of Shaanxi women's football echelon is not perfect,the competition resources are not rich enough,and some events are small in scale,low in intensity,fewer games and little in value.(6)External factors such as policy funds,logistical support and social environment are crucial to the construction and development of women's football echelons in Shaanxi Province.Aiming at the problems in the construction and development of women's football echelon in Shaanxi Province,and combining with the actual situation of Shaanxi Province,the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward.(1)Improving the fine management system of echelons and establishing a supervisory and supervisory mechanism.(2)Strengthen the integration of "sports and education clubs" and set up multi-level and three-dimensional women's football echelon.(3)Promote the scientific construction of the echelon coach team and improve the professional quality and scientific research ability of the coaches.(4)Establish a scientific training system to unify the technical style of U-series echelons.(5)Optimizing the competition mechanism of women's football echelon and improving the value of sports.(6)Integrating relevant resources and strengthening publicity and security work.
