The Research On Education Of Basic Training Phase Gymnasts In Hubei Province

Issues of athletes'cultural education affect the improvement of athletes'athletics level, and affect the construction of elite athlete teams and Sustainable Development of Sports, as well as the cultivating of socialist builders and successors. It is one of the most important parts of construction of socialist spiritual civilization and through Science and Education Strategy. Under the guidance of our country's"the whole nation system", athletics sports level made remarkable achievements. Similarly, because of"the whole nation system"neglecting the athletes'individual foundation culture quality, there is a very thornily problem in the athletics sports'sustainable development. And how to properly solve the athlete cultural education problem has become a realistic question. As the advanced province of national gymnastics movement development, Hubei Province has cultivated many Olympic Games champions and the world champion successively for our country. What's more, gymnastics movement has the more widespread mass base in Hubei Province .Therefore, it is urgent to solve the current important issue of strengthening the gymnasts'foundational cultural education in the fundamental training stage of Hubei Province.This article mainly takes the Hubei Province's fundamental training stage gymnast as the study. At the basis of inspecting substantial literature ,the author uses the questionnaire survey and the expert interview research technique, studies and analysis the present situation of Hubei Province'gymnast's cultural education in the fundamental training stage, to find out the factors of impacting Hubei Province'gymnast's cultural education in the fundamental training stage, to propose the corresponding countermeasures in the purpose of strengthening the basic culture education of gymnasts in the fundamental training stage of Hubei Province.Findings: The Hubei Province fundamental training stage gymnast management pattern, the culture and education system cannot meet the athletes'culture and education needs, and it is inevitable to innovate the management pattern and the cultural education to strengthen the gymnasts'foundational cultural education in the fundamental training stage of Hubei Province. Factors influencing the gymnasts'foundational cultural education in the fundamental training stage of Hubei Province: the athletes of the fundamental training stage gymnast have low awareness of the importance of culture studying; The athletes spend enough time in studying culture as our country requests, but the time is only half of their peer; After athlete class, athletes'initiative and enthusiasm is not strong.External factors influencing the gymnasts'foundational cultural education in the fundamental training stage of Hubei Province: The athletes'teaching material does not conform to the athlete culture education characteristic; The Sports Team internal study atmosphere is bad; The direct executor of athletes'culture and education work --The literacy class teacher provided the situation to be still good, however, large regional differences exist, lacks teachers of both grasping the advanced education idea and understanding fully athlete culture education inherent law, thus could not hold the essence unavoidably in the teaching process, could not attend to one thing without losing track of another thing, the teaching effect was ordinary; the investment of Athletes'culture education funds is seriously insufficient, Sports Team's hardware facility construction is behind the times; The athlete culture education curriculum cannot meet the reality need, the literacy class teaching efficiency is lower.Strengthens the fundamental training stage gymnast culture and education countermeasure mainly to have: Reforms the existing athlete to raise the pattern, establishes the multiplication educational pattern; Improves the trainer culture quality and the science training level; The perfect athlete culture education legal system, the practical athlete culture and education policies and regulations carry out, form the corresponding restriction and the incentive mechanism; The firm athlete Ideological and political education, sets up the top athlete example function; Perfect curriculum standard construction, suggestion revision necessary teaching material; Strengthens the athlete culture and education teachers troop construction.
