Research Of The Primary Problems Of Security Guard In College And Its Strategies

Colleges, as the barometer of social stabilization and the regulator of domestic political situation, are an important part of the society and one of the strategic focuses of the national construction. Meanwhile, colleges also serve as the convergent land for talents, dense area for information and important position for the maintenance of the national safety and stability. Therefore, the security guard in college plays an important role in maintaining the country safe and stable, providing the essential basis and reliable guarantee for its healthy development, and defending the rights of college students.The leap-forward development of the higher education enterprise and the deepening of education system reform brings a series of problems which are beyond expectation and allow of no neglect, such as the lack of power of law enforcement, lagging in tech and defense construction, and the security working staff falling behind. These problems, together with heavy tasks in its own development and the complicated situations at home and abroad restrict the colleges'development fast and well to a certain extent. Taking the scientific view of development as the direction, our government, all levels of education administration departments and colleges should sum up experience, liberate thought, open up innovation and probe actively. It should be started with the promotion of legalization of college security guard and the emphasis of college security, then the increase of security input, strengthening of the safety structure construction, security problems solving, and reliable guarantee offering for college development and construction.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze the primary problems of security guard in college and probe the corresponding strategies, especially for the instruction to the security guard work in college at present and in the future.This paper discusses the problems of security guard in college and probes the corresponding strategies mainly in three factors. In the firs part, the important position of security guard in college is briefly described, in the second, the primary problems of security guard in colleges are analyzed in great detail; in the major third part, the corresponding strategies to the primary problems of security guard are fully elaborated. It is hoped to make contributions to the possible promotion of scientific development of the security work at college and of the all-scale development of college for our government, all levels of education administration departments and decision-making of universities.
