The self-controlling ability in mathematics study refers to that of students' self-motivation for high efficiency and success, and in particular, it means their ability during the entire learning process to have active attitude toward planning, testing, modulating and managing of their study activities, so that they can successfully achieve their study goals. Consequently, the self-controlling ability can be divided into three aspects: planning of their own learning activities in mathematics; scheduled testing and obtaining feedback of the process and the progress; modulating, adjusting and managing their mathematics study activities accordingly.Self-controlling ability displays itself in many ways. Basically it symbolizes a high basic level of a student's mathematical thinking ability. denotation, the analysis of the existing self-monitoring study on the basis of ability, in accordance with the theory of constructivism - the assumption - proven route, and the use of quantitative research and qualitative research combination of methods, the following two major research questions: First, a high school student math subjects self-monitoring ability to the structure. Second, a high school student math self-monitoring capacity development subjects factor. The results show that: The process of studying math, secondary math subjects self-monitoring ability of the structure from a planned to regulate the management, inspection and evaluation of the composition of four dimensions. The development of self-monitoring capacity by gender, age, grade, and early high school, culture, science students in five aspects, such as the impact of the different. Boys and girls in the evaluation of significant difference on the dimension, the boys better than girls; different ages at 13 ~ 19 years old, 14-year-old student in the evaluation of the dimension on the average maximum, 17-year-old student in the evaluation of the dimension on the lowest average score; the beginning of high school students in the planning, evaluation of the dimension on the existence of significant differences, in the planning dimension is better than high school students on the junior high school, junior high school students on the evaluation dimension is better than high school students; text, science students in self-monitoring ability on the four dimensions significantly, science students than liberal arts students; different students the difference between the self-monitoring capacity significantly. In this paper, the research findings show: self-monitoring ability of secondary school students can not be optimistic about the status quo should be teaching in the future continue to strengthen the students self-monitoring ability。...
