Educational equity is an important cornerstone of social equity.At present,the focus of educational equity has shifted from the "starting point equity" marked by resource allocation to the "process equity" characterized by equal treatment.The outline of the national program for medium-and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020)calls for efforts to run every school,teach every student well,and develop an equitable education that benefits all.At the same time,it is emphasized to teach students according to their aptitude,according to their different characteristics and personality differences,to give each student the opportunity to develop their potential.The school level of education equity is not only reflected in the classroom teaching,students in the school to participate in various activities,participate in class management,access to a variety of educational resources and other aspects of student management also have a fair appeal.To enhance students' sense of equity in school management is an important aspect that cannot be neglected in the process of education.Students in junior middle school have a high sensitivity and demand for fairness and justice.Being treated unfairly at this stage will have a great negative impact on their personality development and academic achievement.Therefore,this study focuses on junior high school students' perception of management equity,explores the influencing factors of students' sense of equity from the perspective of school management,and then proposes strategies to improve junior high school students' perception of management equity.This study mainly focuses on four parts:the components and verification of junior high school students' sense of management justice,the status quo of junior high school students'sense of management justice,influencing factors and promotion strategies.Specific contents include:(1)based on exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis methods,to determine the main content and framework of junior high school students' sense of justice management.(2)based on the research framework of students' sense of management justice,this paper analyzes the results of questionnaires and interviews to find out the current situation of junior high school students' sense of management justice.(3)the independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance were used to further analyze the questionnaire results.Combined with the interview content,the influence of school resource allocation,headteacher management mode and students' judgment of fair value on students' perception of fair management was analyzed.(4)aiming at the current situation and influencing factors of junior high school students' perception of student management equity,this paper proposes effective strategies to improve junior high school students' perception of student management equity from the school level and class levelThis study found that junior middle school students in the school student status management fair feeling mainly displays in:(1)in terms of procedural justice,the student in the school the aspects of the rights and regulations of fair feeling more balanced,fair feeling difference is small,the school in the protection of rights of students in all aspects,student management system more whole.(2)in terms of distribution equity,students in the class have a relatively balanced sense of equity in access to opportunities and distribution of resources,but there are large differences in the sense of equity among different classes,indicating that students are greatly affected by the management behavior of the head teacher.(3)in terms of interactive justice,students' sense of information interaction between teachers and students is relatively balanced and the whole is in a relatively fair state.In terms of emotional interaction,the overall difference between the two schools is relatively large,and the difference between the classes is also relatively large,indicating that the head teacher does not pay equal attention to each student's emotional.At the same time,from the perspective of school management,the allocation of class quota has a great impact on students' fair feelings in emotional interaction The class with small class size has a higher sense of fairness.(4)the difference between the treatment aspect,the students for the school to promote personality development and the ability to adapt to the aspects of the overall reflect more the result of the unfair,but the fairness between different students feel the difference is small,suggests that the school provides various education resources,promote the students' personality development,based on the different ability of students to different ways of education has some deficiency,etc,but also reflect the students' needs and expectationsThe main factors that affect students' sense of fairness in management of junior high school students are as follows:(1)at the school level:the allocation of educational resources has a great impact on students' sense of fairness in terms of class size and diversified demands of course resources;(2)at the class level:the management style adopted by the head teacher and the attention and involvement of the head teacher to students are the main factors affecting the students' sense of fairness;(3)self-serving preference and adaptive preference appear in students' individual fairness judgment criteria,which have certain influence on students' correct attribution.The strategies to enhance students' sense of fairness in management include:(1)from the perspective of school management,we should enhance the sense of fairness in management of school administrators,strengthen the balanced allocation of school resources,and promote the standardization of school management behaviors.(2)from the perspective of class management,a democratically managed class system,a student-development-oriented class culture and an equity-oriented dialogue relationship should be constructed.(3)from the perspective of individual students,it is necessary to improve students' fair cognition ability,increase students'understanding of school management,and enhance students' collective trust and sense of acquisition.
