The illiterate in the future are the people who don’t know how to learn. Whether from the metacognitive theory, humanism learning theory or constructivist learning theory, reflective learning is an effective means of learning. Senior high school physics, as training students’ logical thinking and the ability to analyze problems, should have the effect of training students’ reflective learning ability, which can be applied to any kind of knowledge study and lay a foundation for students’ lifelong learning. Physical diary which was easily accepted by students was introduced into the teaching as a new method. Try to find a better way to write physical diary through theoretical analysis and practical test is the aim of this study, so that we can help students grasp reflective learning ability better, which will become their biggest harvest in senior high school learning. The paper is divided into five parts:the first chapter is to explore the significance of the subject according to the research background and purpose the second chapter is the present situation of domestic and foreign research and identification of the related concept in this paper; we can find that the research about reflective learning is perfect, but study diary is mainly used in math learning,and the research about study diary in domestic is prefer to discuss the feasibility in theory, so this study focuses on the practice, the third chapter will talk about the importance of reflective learning in the learning of physics and feasibility of physical diary in reflective learning from learning theory, physics discipline characteristic, teaching characteristics and so on. The fourth chapter includes the research within the three years of practice, in which the author improved the physical diary writing and obtained the certain achievement gradually through three stages. The fifth chapter shows the conclusion of the whole research, and discusses the direction of further research. Physical diary to cultivate reflective learning with the great help to students’reflective learning ability of ascension also can reflect from multiple aspects, finally to reflect this thesis research, students’ reflection cannot leave teacher’s reflection, if there is follow-up study, the teachers’ reflection should be kept, and different students should be required differently.Through the study of theory and practice, we hope we can find a relatively better idea of physical diary writing, to help students to cultivate reflective learning ability in senior high school physics learning and lay a foundation for life-long learning.
