High school biology curriculum has build life systems as the core content, to help students understand life from the perspective of system. Understanding the life system's material and structural basis, the rule of development and changes and the interaction of the components from the two aspects of macroscopic and microscopic.There are three aspects that the article attended: the degree that the teachers know about the system theory. The condition that the system theory penetrated in biological teaching. The factors which influence the system theory penetrated in the class. This thesis used qualitative research. The sample is a biological teacher of a high school in Changchun. Learn how the teachers understand the system theory's status in the biology curriculum reform through interviews. Demonstrating system theory's penetrated condition in biological teaching through observation.The research indicate that in the curriculum reform, most teachers pay more attention in the changes of the learning method, such as new knowledge, inquisition experiment, activities and so on. But they neglected the importance of biological thought in the curriculum reform. The factors which influence present situation are the teacher's sense of academic quality, responsibility, will, confidence and the psychological quality to face their colleague, student's question, as well as life pressure.
