Based on the development of modern science,it is emphasized that students must have systematic thinking.According to the essence of biology,biology is the most suitable discipline for training students' systematic thinking.In the existing training in the teaching of system thinking,one is to study the teaching content as the system,two is the teaching itself as a system to study,but with less emphasis on concept defined and the actual contents,it is necessary to have a further research on the system of ideological dimension theory.Research on training system thinking in biology teaching is few,therefore,we must further study on the theory and practice of system thinking in biology teaching,and construct the biological teaching strategy system based on the training of thinking,and to provide reference for the application of case teaching in Teachers' strategies.According to the theoretical model of the theory of action,the use of variables is an important factor affecting the action strategies,namely,teachers' consciousness is an important factor affecting the choice of teaching strategies,therefore,setting strategies of teachers' consciousness and teachers' teaching goal and the specific teaching strategies of knowledge system but also as the three dimensions of investigation in this study.Through a questionnaire survey of 60 senior high school biology teachers in Province Gansu,analyze the case of a middle school in Lanzhou city of 4 teachers,found that teachers lack as guidance by system thinking consciousness,lack of ability to use the system thinking teaching strategy based on,and because of a lack of relevant solutions and not sure whether they have the ability and the corresponding whether the use of teaching strategies in teaching.According to the analysis results of the present situation,this study is based on the theory of action to analyze the reasons for the weakness of teachers' consciousness and put forward corresponding countermeasures.According to the framework of STH Ben-Zvi Assaraf and Orion(hierarchical model of system thinking ability),to required a "molecular and cell module for example construct system thinking ability in the cell level,as a teacher in the teaching of thinking system objectives and evaluation index;literature analysis and classroom observation based on the proposed system thinking according to the specific teaching strategies based on knowledge system.The study shows that the following three aspects should be made to enable teachers to effectively use the action strategy based on system thinking training in high school biology teaching.First of all,to promote teachers' understanding of system thinking,and the system can be thought as the guiding ideology in biology teaching;secondly,in teaching design,the system should comply with the students' thinking ability level,architecture master sections,so as to guide the teaching practice teaching logic.Finally,teachers should choose a variety of teaching strategies for the specific knowledge system.
