Along with the social economy development, the medium specialized skill talented persons are extremely needed. Facing the vigorously support of country to the medium vocational-technical education, the opportunity and the challenge are both here for the medium vocational-technical education. According to the many contradictions and question for the medium vocational-technical education, more and more the social attention from all walks of life is about how to play its'own role in the education process, cultivate the specialized skill compound person who are demanded by the society and have the synthesis quality and the ability.This article has launched the investigation and study on the medium vocational-technical math teachers'teaching knowledge. There are many researches from teaching aspects, such as knowledge structure, connotation, construction, function, origin and so on in foreign countries. And the common results from those researches are: teaching knowledge including teaching curriculum knowledge, teaching content knowledge and teaching method knowledge; the teaching knowledge origin mainly includes seven aspects, in which most important origin is"the teaching experience and teaching reconsidering"and"the organized professional activity".This article has carried on the diagnosis through the questionnaire survey and individual interview to the medium vocational-technical math teachers'teaching knowledge identification degree and implementing degree, and discovers that there are identification degree and implementing degree among the curriculum knowledge, the content knowledge, the method knowledge those three aspects. The teacher has known some part of teaching knowledge but not identificat it well. The concrete manifestation is: the lack of curriculum knowledge;the lack of content knowledge, the singleness about the method knowledge. We had have developed individual interview through the contrast analysis between the identification degree an dimplementing degree. We discovered that the root of teaching knowledge the approval and the implementation about teaching knowledge lay in these reasons: the medium vocational-technical education administration about mathematics teaching management is serious capriciousness and is neglect ing these phenomenon. And the teacher has the occupation tired and the passive mood; teacher's comprehensive quality and ability are insufficient.This article gives out the effective way to the conclusion which produced in view of the research proposed in the last chapter to promot the medium vocational-technical math teachers, and has provided the precious participation opinion to promote the medium vocational-technical math teachers'teaching knowledge.
