| Test anxiety as a crossing of emotional psychology and educational psychology has been focused by academic domain and apply domain.Researchers have made many effort in the field of test anxiety intervention to deduce the students'academic stress.A meta-analysis was adopted in this study to summary and analyze the effect of test anxiety intervention.The researcher aimed to analyze the impactof intervention therapy,the intervtion technology,intervention mean time and the intervention times.Results as follows:(1)Mean effect size of test anxiety intervention is 1.11. The effect size of cognitive therapy,behavior therapy,medicine therapy, psychoanalysis therapy are 0.70,0.87,2.38,1.99.The skills therapy is not significant.(2)Every intervention technology is effective.Sandpaly therapy is the most effectable(d=1.76),the second is the combine of relaxation therapy and RET(d=1.36).Others are as follows:biofeedback therapy(d=1.12),relaxation therapy(d=0.75),RET(d=0.70),music therapy(d=0.52)(3)The effect of different educated level is effective.The most effectable is the middle school students(d=1.28).The different of high school students and college students is not significant.(4)Mean time below 45 is most effective.The followings are time between 45 and 60(d=1.08),and time beyond 60(d=0.43).(5)Multiple intervention(d=1.37) is better than single intervention(d=0.85).Single training(d=2.70) is better than group training(d=1.05).(6)The effect of group below 30 is the best(d=1.32). |
