Implementation of curriculum is the core aspect of Curriculum reform, and its basic way is classroom instruction, which is only through interaction can be carried out. Classroom interaction directly affects the students' development. Effective instruction asks for effective classroom interaction. At present, people gradually concern the effectiveness of classroom instruction. On the grounds of current condition of classroom interaction and the relevant theoretical basis, we discuss the effective classroom interaction from four parts.â… .In this part, we explore its theoretical basis from the prospective of philosophy, sociology and psychology. In philosophy field, there are Edmund Husserl's intersubjectivey theory, Karl Jaspers's theory of existence and communication, Martin Buber's philosophy of dialogue, Harbermas's theory of communicative action and Marxism's theory of communication and practice. In sociology field, there are group dynamics and theory of symbolic interaction. In psychology field, constructivism, MIT and motivation theory also have effect on effective classroom interaction.â…¡.In this part, we primarily discusses its related concepts and characteristics. By analyzing the concepts of interaction, classroom interaction and effective classroom interaction, we indicate that the essence of effective classroom interaction is to improve students' development. Further, we summarize there characteristics of effective classroom interaction: fairness, dynamics and generation, equal-footed dialogue between subjects in interaction.â…¢.In this part, based on the condition of current classroom interaction, we analyze which factors influence the effective interaction. The problems in our classroom interaction are: formalization, unfairness and so on. We analyze its influcing factors from four aspects: teachers, students, teaching contents and classroom environment. In the end, we find teacher's teaching conception, knowledge structure, expectation on students, student's current knowledge, participating degree, classroom environment, both physical and psychological environment, influence the effectiveness of classroom interaction.â…£.In this part, we explore the strategies of the effective classroom instruction based on three above-mentioned parts, three strategies having been put forward. In order to build effective atmosphere of effective interaction, we need to construct harmonious atmosphere, enhance students' efficacy and believe students' ability to learn well. For asking questions effectively, we can build scaffoldings to reach the object and ask more when students answer the questions, use conterquestions to break the thinking set, inspire students to ask questions, and avoid formalization of questions. As to teacher's effective reflection, we can consider it from reflection for action, reflection in action and reflection on action..
