The introduction of flipped classroom changes the teaching structure of conventional classroom."Flipped classroom" promotes the transformation of classroom teaching from "teaching book knowledge" to "improving students' comprehensive quality orientation",so as to cultivate students' all-round development.Under the foundation of flip class,Jiangsu Jinling teachers team combined with the local actual situation of teaching,to innovate and after much practice,concluding a teaching method for micro courses teaching method,and the school had held many times throughout the country,to attend rallies teachers from different provinces,such as: Guangdong,Shanghai,Zhejiang and so on,provides a demonstration and leading role of teachers.Classroom interaction is a way for teachers and students to communicate with each other in class,which is a part of teaching activities.In the conventional classroom interaction,the teacher-student interaction is the main type of interaction,and the content of interactive teaching is mainly the teaching of conceptual knowledge and descriptive knowledge.The use of multimedia is limited to the display of concepts and definitions,and the multimedia is not effectively used.In the flipped classroom interaction,there are various types of interaction,such as the interaction between teachers and students,the interaction between students and students,the interaction between teachers and interactive media,and the interaction between students and interactive media.In terms of interactive teaching content,teachers no longer give priority to simple conceptual knowledge and descriptive knowledge,butlet students analyze and evaluate problems based on basic concepts,so as to improve students' higher-order thinking ability.In terms of multimedia use,teachers usually use multimedia to create problem situations for students,so as to better bring students into the situation and enable them to better solve practical problems in a better way through the situation.How to achieve effective classroom interaction is the focus of this study.The research samples were selected from the teaching video in "the third flipped classroom local innovation and micro-course teaching teaching observation meeting",and 9 representative elementary school math classes were selected from 32 elementary school math classes for analysis.Literature analysis method,case analysis method and evaluation research method are mainly used.In view of the current situation of classroom interaction,it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of effective classroom interaction from the following five points: the questioner,question type,question form,question feedback and multimedia use.Through the research,it is found that the teaching activities are mainly student-oriented,and teachers plays a "guiding" role.In the classroom interaction,the teacher creates the situation for the student through the multimedia,and sets the question according to the situation.On the question asking,the teacher mainly demonstrate the question and the operational question primarily,lets the student through the demonstration,the reasoning and carries on the practical operation to obtain the answer.In the process of solving problems,students need to cooperate with the group.In the process of cooperation,each student has his own understanding.In this process,it dose not only cultivates students' sense of teamwork,but also improves students' operational ability.To some certain extent,it also cultivates students' advanced thinking ability.
