With the arrival of the peak birth in Shanghai, makes the demand for kindergarten teachers increased, so every year, a large number of new teacher to enter the kindergarten. But, in the inductive of new teachers no matter psychological nor work are in a constant stage of adaptation, they will experience the excitement after the set period to work, the period of anxiety in the early work state, confused period. If we can in the entry stage of the teaching profession given them education timely and characteristics for their stage, Teachers will be able to successfully adapt to the new work, At the same time, because Curriculum Reform in Shanghai that make teachers constantly improve their own quality, new teachers in the inductive state receive a good education will make the professional development and lay a solid foundation. The inductive education has a great significance for the construction of teachers in Shanghai. Therefore, in this study, new teachers of kindergarten inductive education as a starting point.In this study, select new teachers when entry the kindergarten of a year for studied, take the stratified sampling method from samples of18 districts. That use of questionnaires, interviews as the main research methods, carry out a detailed survey for the new teachers of inductive one year, part of principal, the district teacher training institutions the guidance of teachers and new teachers have conducted semi-structured interviews. For new teachers inductive education made a further analysis of the status quo, found new teachers in the inductive stage that the high-quality education is essential. Part of the kindergarten also explored a number of relatively good inductive education program with self-exploration and achieved some results. But in the whole, inductive education's objectives, content, form, assessment need to be perfect.In order to make the smooth implementation of inductive education, Government needs to promote top-down as well as the system of financial security; Universities and training institutions need to sum up the Line of new teachers successful experience, with advanced concepts to summary and then used to guide new teachers teaching practice; Kindergarten in determining the basis of the content of inductive education, to explore some of inductive education forms that new teachers like. Only the government, kindergartens, universities and training institutions of district to play their respective advantages, combination of theory and practice, community collaboration, can gradual to reach the target.
