This thesis is as Wenzhou an individual case to be discussed in order to realize the practical analysis and theory research of regional private education. From the angle of "region", it summarizes four important development stages of Wenzhou regional private educational pattern and probes stimulating factors of development of Wenzhou private education with the combination of multi-disciplinary background knowledge.Because regional private education research belongs to the category of regional problem research, it is closely related to geography. As regional geographical environment a point of departure, this thesis discusses how the economic geographical environment and humanistic social environment influenced by natural and geographical factors propel development of Wenzhou private education. On the basis of analyzing the relation of Wenzhou regional geographical environment and regional economy, regional culture, regional politics, it deeply studies the relation of Wenzhou regional economic environment and regional private education; the relation of Wenzhou regional cultural environment and regional private education; the relation of Wenzhou regional politic environment and regional private education.This thesis is divided into five parts:Chapter 1 elaborates two environmental factors of the development of Wenzhou private education. The one is the big environmental factor which refers to the change of national economy and education policy. The other one is the small environmental factor which refers to Wenzhou regional environment.Chapter 2 Firstly analyzes direct effect of Wenzhou regional economy on the regional private education; then discusses other recessive agent factors between regional economy and regional private education; finally illustrates the direct and indirect contribution of regional private education to the development of regional economy.Chapter 3 As the culture of achievements and successes, culture of grass roots, ocean culture and mountain culture a point of departure, this thesis explores how these four kinds of cultures impulse the development of Wenzhou private education and influence the formation of Wenzhou private educational pattern and analyzes the relation of these four kinds of cultures and connotation of culture.Chapter 4 clarifies the relation of Wenzhou regional politics and regional private education respectively from the following three aspects: political behavior of Wenzhou government, decision-making ability of Wenzhou government and the relationship of Wenzhou government and private school.Chapter 5 discusses briefly the developmental rules, stimulating factors and limited factors in the process of development of Wenzhou regional private education. Sum up in the point that economy elements, culture elements and spiritual elements produced from the struggle of human and natural and social environment makes effects on the further social practice of human and social development.
