Mongolian folk paintings are material products of esthetic values , which are created in the process of knowing and transforming the world by its people.The atr of this form reflect people's attitude towards life,the way they make fortune as well as their own philosophy of art.Therefore, Mongol nationality folk paintings are not only important part of their folk culture,but also an important resource of their kindergarten. Combining with features of each kindergarten, abundant mongol folk resources are great materials to enrich the content of painting course and realize teachers' initiativity creativity,and therefore promote the harmonious and personalized development of children.Meanwhile, Mongolian traditional culture can be transimitted, developed and created.The exploitation and development of course resource in kindergarten concerning Mongolian folk painting is a new approach that can promote the children's educational reform in Mongolian area.Under the guideline of basic theories,this paper offer initial exploration theoritically and practically with full research on docunments, cases concerning the topic of kindergarten courses resource development.The article includes 4 parts.The first part is the foundation of the paper,referring to the raise of the issue,values approachs,cohcepts related as well as the theme,which provides solid theoretical basis and guideline of the paper.The second part refers to the general situation of Mongolian folk painting.We give systematical explanation to the general situation of the Mongolian folk painting and its educational function on children from 4 prospectives: the essence of the Mongolian culture ,the connotation of Mongolian folk painting, Mongolian folk painting's category and its educational function.The third part refers to the achievements and problems about the exploitation and development of Mongolian folk painting. Achievement concerns the acknowledge of course resources,the enhancing of the teachers' quality,methods of the exploitation and development.Problems concerns the inadequacy of teacher's quality,the loss of folk painting culture as well as the extensibility of the expoitation.In general ,we give detailed description of the current situation which can be great reference of the paper.The fourth part the strategy of exploiting Mongolian folk painting course resource is the essence of the paper.The paper give detailed description of teacher's training,the structure of content system of Mongolian folk painting course resource and the establishment of a estimational system toward Mongolian folk painting course resource's expoitation.At the end of the paper,summary is given as a foreshadowing for further research.
