Teaching Chinese is the core of teaching knowledge and ability, every subjects that is set up must be based on a certain degree of knowledge systems .the purpose of study in order to cultivate ability, and Chinese teaching course is also to cultivate the knowledge for the purpose of Chinese capacity. However, the problem that distinguishes knowledge from ability in high school Chinese teaching will remain ,it is unclear to define about which are Chinese knowledge and which are Chinese capacity, to confuse the relationships between Chinese knowledge and Chinese capacity, it makes our teaching at different times emerges the knowledge weight and capacity light or ability weight to light the knowledge of the situation, so Chinese knowledge could not be reasonable transformed into effective Chinese capacity, hampering the development of Chinese teaching. Aware of the problem, high school Chinese course in this article on the knowledge and ability is to carry out the analysis, put forward the basic idea and methods to solve the problemBased on the above understanding, this paper started from the following aspects:First of all, recalling the period of Chinese education, and defining the concept of Chinese knowledge and ability. Chinese knowledge and ability focus on difference because of different Chinese education period, so we can better solve the problem if these concepts are in the clarity.Secondly, the analysis of the characteristics of high school students, divided into Chinese knowledge scope and ability level of the high school. High school Chinese course knowledge is a knowledge of Chinese, which belongs to the scope of subjects related to linguistic knowledge, literary knowledge, article of knowledge, cultural knowledge, and theoretical knowledge of these disciplines are transformed into Chinese high school course knowledge, we must fully take into account the students who can understand, accept knowledge at the extent, and we must not put the Chinese high school knowledge system as a large basket. The main line of Chinese high school course teaching to Chinese students is to cultivate practical capacity, at the start of the students ability to accurately understand and grasp on the basic, well-planned , on purpose and the order of the training, to enhance the students learning ability. Based on test summary, capacity-building can be divided into remember, understand, analyze general, taste evaluation, the expression of the application and research of the six-level.Finally, the ultimate goal of Chinese education is to make knowledge into Chinese capacity. Combination of the above analysis, to propose a solution from two perspectives, first, to "read" the transformation of the main reception, two of "Writing" the transformation of the main expression, to promote Chinese knowledge to transform the capacity rationally and effectively, in the hope that the high school Chinese teaching knowledge and ability is to be helpful.
