An Investigation Study On Junior Middle School Students' Discipline Violation Behaviors

Taking Bozhou No. Eight Middle School as a case school and choosing two classes as contrastive classes for my observation, this paper is to observe violation behaviors against discipline acted by junior middle school students, analyze the reasons and to find out relevant countermeasures.This paper is made up of 5 chapters. Chapter One is about the introduction of backgrounds and significance of this thesis topic, the literature review home and abroad, the definition of basic concepts and the research clue and methods. Chapter Two is the investigation and analysis of junior middle school students'discipline violation behaviors by means of observation and interview and the presentation of present situations about junior middle school students'discipline violation behaviors. Chapter Three is the analysis and the probe into the relativity between the happening of junior middle school students'discipline violation behaviors and four relevant factors--students, classroom environment, teacher and family, namely, is to solve out why such junior middle school students'discipline violation behaviors arise. Chapter Four is the suggestion of principles dealing with junior middle school students'discipline violation behaviors on the basis of use for reference of foreign relevant discipline theories. With the view of arousing more reflections and thoughts on junior middle school students'discipline violation behaviors, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from 4 aspects including student, teachers, schools and society. Chapter Five is conclusion. With the implementation of New Curriculum Reformation and in school education which is responsible to recognize student as education subject and to give full swing to students'personality, junior middle school students'discipline violation behavior ought to be recognized, understood and defined from various perspectives.
