Good classroom discipline can effectively guarantee the quality of teachers’ teaching,and it is also an important prerequisite for the high school students’ personality and personality development.Under the requirement of cultivating students’ literacy,there are some shortcomings in the development of new classrooms.In addition,high school students are influenced by the times and social development,and their classroom disciplinary behaviors are characterized by repetition and diversity,which makes the high school classroom violations and countermeasures.Research is particularly important.How to effectively prevent and reasonably correct the classroom disciplinary behavior of high school students has become an important topic in the classroom management of middle schools.Based on the previous studies,this study takes the high school students from a middle school in Sichuan Province as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews and observations to learn more about the current situation of high school students’ classroom disciplinary behaviors.Later,from the aspects of students,teachers and schools,family education and other aspects,the causes of high school students’ classroom disciplinary behaviors were deeply explored,and targeted countermeasures were proposed for their causes.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic,defines the basic concepts,summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,and puts forward the research purpose and method,mainly answering the question "What is the high school classroom disciplinary behavior";the second part is through The questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method statistically analyze the current situation of high school students’ classroom disciplinary behaviors,presenting the status quo of classroom disciplinary behaviors.The third part analyzes and explores the reasons for the formation of high school students’ classroom disciplinary behaviors,from students and teachers.In-depth analysis with the school,as well as the family,mainly answering the question "why there will be high school classroom disciplinary behavior";the fourth part is based on the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,combined with the experience and suggestions of the frontline teachers,From the aspects of school,teachers,students and families,we think about and reflect on the high school students’ classroom disciplinary behaviors from different angles,and propose improvement strategies for high school students’ classroom disciplinary behaviors.The fifth part concludes the discussion in the context of the current new curriculum reform.Student-centered,fully developed school personality in school education Angle should be more awareness,understanding and targeting high school classroom misconduct.
