In the context of education in the new era,in order to implement the fundamental task of moral education,strive to achieve "moral education first" in the classroom management of middle school,comprehensively require and standardize teachers to perform their duties of education,teaching and management according to law,protect the legitimate rights and interests of students,and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students,which should become the important content of the current school work.In fact,how to reasonably and effectively implement teacher education punishment is one of the major problems in school management,and to explore how to reasonably implement education punishment in the classroom is an urgent task for front-line teachers,which has important research value.To strengthen the research on education punishment in classroom is of practical significance to improve the school discipline legislation,ensure that teachers manage students according to law,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students.Not only that,the consensus reached in the study of educational punishment in the classroom,combined with the punishment laws and regulations issued,can draw the bottom line and red line for the protection of students' rights and interests,so as to lay a good foundation for the healthy growth of students.In view of this,this study uses the literature method,based on the literature review of Chinese and foreign education punishment,and defines the concept of education punishment.The literature review has laid a good foundation for further research on education punishment in the classroom.Based on the investigation of the implementation of classroom education punishment in Z Middle School of XC City,this paper sums up the problems that the detailed rules of classroom education punishment are vague,the way of classroom education punishment does not match with anomie behavior,and the education punishment in classroom is restricted by parents' biased ideas.The reasons behind this are that the definition of punishment rules at school level is not clear,teachers lack training in the implementation of education punishment,and parents' biased cognition of education affects the implementation of classroom punishment.Based on the investigation of the causes of the above problems,this paper puts forward the strategies to solve the above problems from the following aspects: strengthening the refinement of school education punishment rules,guiding teachers to implement education punishment,and guiding parents and students to understand the punishment rules.In this way,we can effectively solve the deep-seated problems in classroom education punishment,fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students,and lay a good foundation for the all-round development of students.
