The Population Policy And Corresponding Countermeasures For Sustainable Velopment Study With Sichuan

In Chinese primary stage of socialism, population problem is confronted with in a long term, it is the important factor which connect with the development of the Chinese economy and society. Planning and solving the population problem as a whole is always the important and necessary strategic mission which the Chinese economy development, society progress and sustainable development confronted with. Sichuan was the Chinese first populous province, in the past two decades which family planning policy implemented, on changing the fertility concept of majority and controlling of population growth, achieved excellent results. At this time, Sichuan implemented national fertility policy more stringent than the other provinces, and Sichuan's population in the proportion of the country has shown a downward trend. Nevertheless, the situation of Sichuan's population is still grim, so Sichuan Province has adopted a series of corresponding measures. On the one hand, reiterated the importance of family planning, called every areas insist on strict family planning policies, and overcome the slackness. On the other hand, put the population control into the overall planning of the western development strategy, increase the strength of comprehensive management of population, improve the family planning management and service level and so on. But what we need to see is that at the same time of the implementation of population policy success also bring in the aging of the population accelerating, sex ratio imbalance and such as these social issues. This article focuses on China which in the demographic dividend period current, Sichuan Province as an example, analyze the population policy in today's Sichuan Province, intend to put forward the feasibility countermeasures on population development in Sichuan Province in the future issues that may arise.This article is divided into six parts, The first part is the meaning of research and theoretical background, the second part is the effectiveness of implementation of population policy which has been made in Sichuan, The third part through four international indicators evaluate the population age structure of Sichuan, Come to the conclusion that Sichuan is drawn in a "non-rich to the old" stage of aging society, Part V analyze the sex ratio of the status quo of Sichuan. Part VI is the status quo of one-child families, at last based on the above analysis, the corresponding countermeasures for sustainable development has been put forward.
