Education is based on a belief. Now, we are energetically promoting the construction of teachers' professionalism, in which teachers' beliefs are the core elements and play the most important role. Without doubt, these factors facilitate the study of teachers' beliefs, but they also produce some new problems: What's the connection between teachers' beliefs, teaching action and classroom behavior? What factors influence the formation and conversion of teachers' beliefs? This study will contribute to the continued professional development of teachers' in-depth.Based on a survey of three senior high school teachers, we understand the teachers' beliefs are influenced by teachers' personal experiences, work experience and educational behavior. At the same time, the teachers' beliefs appear utilitarian, misunderstandings about education and so on. Then on that basis I put forward some strategies to improve teachers' educational beliefs from the aspects of the community, schools, teachers. The full text is divided into five aspects to tell this issue.Firstly this study is the study of the background and issues; secondly followed by the research methodology of this study and research significance; thirdly followed by the practice of operation on the interviews, fourthly the results of the interviews and the analysis; finally the discussion and the enlightenment.
