The researches about teachers began to change from the explicit educational acts to the internal educational ideas,the attitudes of teachers and their educational beliefs since 1980s. This transformation gradually lead to some changes, for example, the researchers gave up the single research method which is only focused on the external behavior, and began to explore both the behavioral side and the internal side. Apart from these, there are a large number of studies about educational ideas and beliefs recently. This study explores the educational beliefs of the student teachers of Northeast Normal University on the basis of the existing researches related to it at home and aboard, which is in order to give some advice to the pre-service education institutions and teachers in service to reflect themselves on the one hand; and on the other hand, to make more student teachers think about their beliefs, and then make a self-reflection on their own educational practices, which is supposed to let them adjust and change their teaching behaviors in the future.The thesis includes three parts. The first part is to define the educational beliefs and draw up a scale about it. The second part primarily makes an analysis of the data of the scale, and investigates the current situations and influencing factors of the educational beliefs of the student teachers. The last part mainly makes some conclusions and suggestions.Finally, we can get the following results: overall, the beliefs of curriculums,the management faith,the beliefs of the learning activities,self-awareness and teaching activities of the student teachers of Northeast Normal University are in line with the educational ideas recommended by the authorities. The research subjects consider the charisma of teachers,the teaching ideas,the teaching methods and the characters of students as the most profound ones in all influencing factors.
