Education belongs to the category of epistemology.Educational beliefs are the attitudes and opinions of teachers who pay attention on themselves,students,teaching and curriculum.They have obviously individual differences,which will affect the individual's behaviors directly or indirectly.The definition of educational beliefs belongs to the category of epistemology.Some researchers think that educational belief is a subjective opinion of individual teachers on some educational propositions,and this kind of view has the function of guiding behaviors.Different teachers have different beliefs,and their distinctive features are reflected in that education belief has the right and wrong points.Since 2001,the Eighth New Curriculum Reform are carried out,the government and curriculum reform experts are vigorously advocating various educational concepts in the new curriculum reform.There is a big difference between the concepts put forward in the new curriculum and the traditional teaching practice.Under this background,everyone has realized that teachers are the driving force to promote the development of education.the development of cognitive psychology goes back to 20 th century,teachers' beliefs gradually entered the field of education researchers.With the deepening of the research on teachers by experts and scholars,teachers have their own ideas on problems in the practice of education and teaching.Because of the implicitness and diversity of teachers' conceptions,these beliefs guide the teacher's behavior all the time.This study investigates the status quo of novice teachers' beliefs in primary school,which reveals the overall characteristics and influencing factors of primary school teachers' beliefs,and proposes reform strategies for educational beliefs.This study was modified on the basis of the “Faculty Belief Scale”,which compiled by Taiwan scholars Zhu Yuanyu and Ye Yuzhu.It mainly analyzes the four dimensions of student management,curriculum and teaching plans,teaching and evaluation,and student learning.The overall level of belief in new-school teachers' education tends to be democratic,but some beliefs are still at a conservative level.The novice teachers pay more attention to the authority of teachers.Their beliefs are influenced by the thoughts of exam-oriented education.The class management skills of the(deputy)head teacher are still pending.To improve,in addition,teacher training has limited influence on the beliefs of beginner teacher education.Based on Blau's theory of social exchange,this paper analyzes that the influencing factors of primary school beginner teacher education belief mainly exist in the following four aspects,namely the interaction between teachers and students,social approval,role plexus,and the impact of value consensus in small society.Based on the foregoing analysis,the author of this article proposes a reform strategy for primary school novice teacher education beliefs.First of all,it is necessary to consolidate the basics of exchange,that is,to strengthen communication with students.Second,to establish exchange trust,that is,to enhance teachers' self-efficacy.Then,expand the scope of exchange,build a teacher learning community,and finally,enhance exchange and attract,that is to form a good teacher culture.In general,teachers' educational beliefs play an important role in the teacher's education and teaching practice.Analyzing the factors that affect their educational beliefs is of great significance and value for the professional development and growth of teachers themselves.
