Research On Students' Apartments Management Under The Background Of Socialization Of College Logistics

Student apartment is an important place for the daily life and learning of university students and is critical place for the political education and quality education. Establishing and consummating the dorm estate management and the services structure, strengthening the student ideological and political education, is an important part of reform of university rear service socialization outside the classroom.This paper is meant to make a thorough analysis and study of student apartment management of higher education institutions from two major perspectives of education management and estate management of the student apartment. First of all, this paper puts forward the objective of the study and reviewed the current status of the student apartment management. Then, it gives the concept of socialization of college logistics. Secondly, the paper gives a brief introduction about socialization reform of student apartment management of higher education institution. On this basis, and by using detailed date and reliable materials, it analyzes the present situation of student apartment management and concludes that there exist many problems in the student apartment management. such as no clear cut for responsibilities, low-quality property services, apparent lacking of ethics on the part of students, the lack and loss of apartment culture, weak sense of self-management of students, and analyzes the cause for problems from multi-angles and at multi-levels (the entity of logistics services, colleges, students). Thirdly, the paper analyzes three kind of main student apartment management models and obtains experience and enlightenment on constructing new student apartment management model.
