Study On College Students’ Canteen Management Under The Background Of Rear Service Socialization

As the saying goes," people regard food as their prime want", the importance of college canteen is s evident. College students normal studying and orderly life is inseparable from the school administration to provide logistics services and protection. With the continuous expansion of college enrollment and school size, the importance and the complexity of logistical work is also increasing. Combining Fujian province three different types of university logistics socialization reform to study, especially to study university canteen management in a comprehensive, systematic sight, then make suggestions that will enrich our university logistics reform of the theory and practical application.Firstly, elaborate the socialization of university logistics and logistics-related concepts,use literature research to introduction history and current situation of China’s provincial university student cafeteria logistical. Followed by three universities of Fujian Province, through field interviews and sampling questionnaire survey the student satisfaction about canteen management. Survey covering aspects of quality of service cafeteria, canteen products, cafeteria health, environment cafeteria, dining time and so on, on this basis, analyzes the student cafeteria management problem. Finally, the student canteen management problems need to solve from a perfect mechanism, standardize the system of centralized procurement,multi supervision, training and learning to promote the reform of the university canteen management innovation.
