College students apartment is not only the major place of studying and living, but also the environment to communicate and growth; and also the important part of cultivation system. College student apartment is the main space of student daily management, and it can verify the achievements of the ideological and political work. As well, it is called "the first society","the second family" and "the third class". As the freedom of students increased, there has more and more time to students stay in dormitory, thought of college students was influencted by different kinds of thought trend. And students apartment has a increasing position in students management. At the same time, many problem appearred, just like how to resolve the question of management pattern and construction mechanism in students apartment, how to fill in the empty zone of students apartment in college students education and management; as the development of society, how to deal with the ideological and political work, how to solve the puzzle of duplex administer over college logistics and student work department, and how to enhance services and management of college students apartment, and so on. Therefore, it should be taken into consideration seriously to each manager about college students like personality educated and trained to college students in apartment, make the education stretches from classroom to doritory, to guide college students grow up healthy and sound.
